I DO NOT GATEKEEP
Below you find a range of tools that I think should have been taught to us in school or at least at some point in our life growing up, because they help regulate ourselves and deal with life’s chaos and unexpected turbulence. Please share them with anyone you know, I believe we all deserve to be well resourced and well regulated and therefore I have made these accessible FOR free for everyone.

Touch can release a range of feel good chemicals in our body, including oxyticin, serotinin and dopamine, which help increase our mood and overall state of well being and help us regulate ourselves. While it isn’t always available or safe to receive a hug or physical touch, this is a great tool, that can help in times of dysregulation and generally feeling off.

emotional Regulation Tool
This is a one of my most loved tools. It’s so easy and can be done almost everywhere, whenever you feel overwhelmed, as long as you can find a space with a little bit of privacy. All you need is your Voice Memo App & a few minutes of your time.

“I see myself with kinder eyes internally & externally, I feel more like me. The relationship with myself has certainly changed. I feel more confident in who I am, like parts of my soul are exposed & because of this I'm more mindful of how some relationships and situations affect me.... something I didn't previously do.”
